2nd ever sale!!! (well sort of)

This is our second ever SALE of sorts...instead of doing an assigned Ultimate set this round I decided to let you design your own!
When you purchase 10 image you will get 2 free images and going up from there

and yes 7 images is the minimum to start earning free images since most my Ultimate sets have 10 images or more in them and I do them at a 20% discount.so when you make a purcahse of 7 or more images I will email you asking what free images you would like and get those to you directly, or you can email me at the time of your purchase and let me know what images you would like and i will send them to you directly

Since I did say I was going to have an ultimate set on monday and didnt get it set up, if you purchased more than 7 images since monday you will get an email from me soon and you will get free images as well.This special will only last until the end of the month 11/30/01 at midnight PST

DT call out round 2!

I can not believe how fast these 1st 5 months have flown by!!!

We are nearing the end of our 1st design team term and it has been a wonderful journey.

And now it is time to begin a new one!

With the ringing in of the new year we will be bringing in a New Design Team!!! Some of our current members are going to stay on and take a leadership role, but there will still be a need for 7 sassy ladies to take on the role of The Sassy Seven Deasign Team!

The term will be only 3 months starting 1/1/10 and ending 3/31/10

SO lets start with the requirements. What will you have to do while a member of the SSD Design Team?!?!

1) - you will be assigned challenges there will be only 1-2 required of you each month (it will be a rotating schedule 3 people will be assigned to each challenge)

2) - you must do a minimum of 2 cards per image you are assigned for each release. (however there is flexability...you only get as many images as you say you can take on, with a minimum of 1. so if you take one image you do 2 samples, if you have a ton of time and can do 10 images you woudl have to do 20 samples so it is based off of what you say you can do)

3) - you must do 1 extra project per week. This project can be done with any of our past images or you can even participate in extra challenges you were not assigned to.

4) - you must post all of your SSD creations on PCP, SCS and your personal blog

5) - you must be able to participate in our release events on every 1st and 15th (of course if you have something important i can work with you but the point is to plan to participate and communicate with me if you cant)

If you do only the minimums it will be 9-10 projects/month

So what do you get for being a part of this DT?!?!?

When you sign on you will get any 5 SSD images of your choice for Free to get you started with.

you will then get new release images twice a month. how many you get is based on how many samples you can do. You will then get 2 more Free SSD images each month.

You will get a 30% disount on all digi images or digital products you wish to purchase during your DT term

and you will get a 25% discount on all card scents

there will also be bonus opportunities to get extra images on occasion.

So what do you need to do to apply for the dt?!?!?

A link to your blog as well as any online galleries you are a part of.

Give me a brief Bio about you as a crafter, as well as any experience you have with other Design Teams. And if you've never been on one, no worries we don't mind.

Along with this information I need 3-5 images attached in jpeg format please. Make these your best most creative and innovative projects. If you do more than just cards, show us. The only requirement with these photos is, you must make one creation using the image I am giving away for Free below...thats it!!! how great is that So no matter what you get a Free image, who can beat that! And she happens to be one of my favorites!!!! and our Best Seller so far since we opened!

I know some of you will probably already have her but I picked her because she is our best seller, and because I want to see what you can do with her.

Alright! we are getting things posted!!! yay! SO I wanted to start off with a simple post saying thank you. you are all so wonderful and supportive and understanding and I sincerely appreciate it! but I did promise bonus Freebie if I didnt post on time so you get a lil somethin something anyways he hee. SO the bonus freebie will be up for 1 week! so on the 28th of november it will no longer be a freebie and will be in the store for those who may have missed out.

so next up.... DT call out...oh yes it is happening, and it will be posted this evening! with 2 freebies! sorry it took so long I get distracted easy with work lol but I wanted to be sure to have it typed out and be happy with it make sure the terms were understandible and not confusing etc...which is always possible because of how I type...I type like I talk lol... but I think I got it all worked out! and I have been working on 2 freebies for you all to have one for the call out....but one as a peace offering for all my delays! I really hate being late on things and not keeping my word I really Really do, andwhen I was sick a lil while back I fell waaaaay behind and I finally started to pull back through and get a lil more caught up yay!!!! which is also a reason I decided jan 1st will not have a release, so I can finally get ahead! and we can work in the new DT etc....and cuz its a holiday so you should be having fun with family and friends or shopping...which is what I will probably be doing he heee he lol so anyway, I am working very hard to get caught up...and then ahead! but its been a little crazy around here with so many things going on. I had craft fairs and boutiques to do and job interviews and applications to do (because I love SSD and will never close it but I do need a regular job too one that will pay the bills ya know) so its just been a lot happening...So my point is I am sorry I really am! and I promise I am trying to get things situated and back to normal!

and I know I promised more images to be added to the store from the last release but i have to go buy a new printer today to test them before I can post them.... for the past 2 weeks my printer has been going crazy! and this week I tried diagnosing it and reloading drivers and getting help from HP to get it fixed...then my mom gave me a spare one of hers but she couldnt find the power cord...it looked the same as mine so I thought id try it....nope it is just a lil different but enough to not fit so now i just have to go buy a new one...but i saw on costco's website tehy have one for an amazing price! so my mom is gonna take me today to go get it so once i can do tests finally and make sure I dont need any last min tweaking or fixes I will get them posted today!

and last lil notice.... last sunday we did not have a studio sunday...that was my fault! I was supposed to do the tutorial and I forgot! we had the release that day and I had a boutique and I just completely forgot it was my job to post the tutorial, so this sunday we will have 2 seperate tutorials!!! one by me, and one by Piali.

So I am going to get back to work and get a few more things done before my mom calls and says she ready to go to costco so I hope everyone has a great day!

Ok We had some difficulties with the store this AM and I appologize the posts just didnt post... so I redid them and we are good to go!!! yay!!!

SO I wasnt going to post the pics of the images here this time but I realized I forgot to post the blinkie soooo since I have to come by and post the blinkie code I thought I'd go ahead and do the introductions to the new images as well

SO.... 1st up we have 2 fab new backgrounds.

and Home for the Holidays I have really liked doing these backgrounds I really think they help set the stage with some of the characters, or can even be fabulous on their own!
