...on a personal note some have been wanting to hear updates on me the house the dogs the job etc lol, especially since i have been behind on getting responses to emails out soooooo if your interested in the update read below if not grab your freebie and enjoy your day!

I have been in an interesting mix of things right now we bought a house moved all the stuff in the garage are working on construction things (the house needed some work), Hubby and I are living in my old bedroom at my parents house both of my 2 dogs are heer and all stitched up and cones on their heads, one (LeeLoo) was attacked about 2 weeks ago and has gashes all over her body healing up... my other one (Stitch) just got fixed, and my dad has one of his dogs here too with stitches in her head from getting hit in the head with a stick while my dad tried to break apart the dog fight (his 3 and my other one were all on my LeeLoo...long story) so the injured ones are at the house healing up the others are still at the property i have my indoor cat here at my parents house and my out door cat at the new house and i have been working full time at my other job still so I do apologize for any delays
and my dad as many of you had him in your thoughts or have asked how he is...he is great! he was always more concerned about my LeeLoo he loves her to death and thinks she is one of the greatest dogs ever and it broke his heart to see her all tore up like she was he had some bites on his hand and wrist some very close to arteries all of them missed the arteries though went to the doctors had them checked out no stitches needed just antibiotics etc his hand is almost fully healed still a little swolen and sore but doing great, he thinks they were from my LeeLoo but he said it wasnt out of anger or her trying to attack him, she had 4 dogs on her attacking her and it was more from her being in pain that he didn't even realize until after she had bit that hard or deep so everyone is still on the mend but doing much better

have a wonderful saturday!

9-11 Challenge #4

Here is your last challenge!  Hope you've been enjoying these challenges! I can't wait to see what you create for them! You have till Sunday @ 4pm EST to get your projects linked!

Your challenge for this one is to use STARS! Not too hard! :D This was my assigned image and I LOVE HER! My little brother is a volunteer firefighter so I know I will use this image a lot!

9-11 Challenge #3

Here is challenge #3! (Sorry it's a bit late! I was at a grand opening for a scrapbooking store and I stood in line for 50 minutes!)

This challenge is very simple! All you have to do is use ribbon for your project. I used two ribbons...sort of...the "Thank You" along the side and the ribbon in the image! This image is in the store and a $1 of your purchase goes to the Cancer Society. I love this image because I can use it for whatever cause I need! I've coloured it teal for Ovarian Cancer...pink for Breast Cancer...yellow for Supporting the Troops.

Have fun creating! Don't forget you have till Sunday at 4pm EST to get your projects linked!

9-11 Challenge #2

Here is Challenge #2 in our special 9-11 release party!

Your challenge is to create a thank you card. I used the new nurse image for this! :D Link your creations here by SUNDAY September 12th, 4pm EST (which is 1pm California time). Winner will be announced on Sunday evening.

9-11 Challenge #1

Welcome to our special release party! Lindsay has created these awesome images to commemorate those who gave their lives, their time, and their efforts into saving lives...we remember those that spent ENDLESS hours at Ground Zero, searching for those that were buried in the rubble.

I will be posting 4 challenges here today and all you have to do is link up your project with Mr. Linkz! Don't worry! I'm not making these challenges too hard!!

Here is CHALLENGE #1

Your challenge is to use RED, WHITE & BLUE in whichever way you want. This is the new police officer image...isn't she the cutest! I love it! :D So just link your creations here by SUNDAY September 12th, 4pm EST (which is 1pm California time). I will announce the winner later on tomorrow night.

September Guest Designer

Hi, Just wanted to take this opportunity to introduce our new Fabulous September Guest Designer...
Debbie
Here's a little info about Debbie to help you get to know her better! You can find her creations on Paper Craft Planet!

Sassy Studio Guest Designer Questionnaire

1. Name: Debbie Miller

2. Location: Northern Minnesota

3. How long have you been stamping? Oh, about 18 years or so, which by the way, does not reflect my age of let’s say “35”, yes “35” is a good number!

4. How did you hear about Sassy Studios? Surfing the net, I ran across a card a gal had made, and it struck me as “wow, that card has attitude”. The design was unlike anything I’d seen from stamp companies, so I took the leap into digital images and never looked back. Although I have to say Sassy images are my favorite to work with.

5. What was your first ever Sassy Image? Martini pin up of course. Of all my images, that one I use over and over and over. It’s that perfect “need a sassy card for a man” image. I find it very versatile because you can change the martini color for guys and gals.

6. What are five craft items you can’t live without? ATG Gun, bling, copics, cricut machine, and stickles.

7. What is your favorite coloring medium? Copics. You can’t beat the skin tones for the sassy designs.

8. Any tips or techniques you can give fellow stampers? If you’re not quite sure you like a card you designed – walk away from it – sleep on it – the next day your “fresh eyes” will love it, if not, I like to get rid of the evidence....just like that card NEVER happened….then I move onto new paper and new designs. Don’t let that one you didn’t really love block your creativity.

9. If you could create your very own sassy image, what would it be? The roaring 20’s flapper girls. I just love the fringe dresses, featherly/blingly head dress, and the long necklaces. Their attitude compliments their outfits. I would love to see a collection like this.

10. Any questions you want to ask Sassy Studio Designs? Do you create your digital designs from a sketch? How do they come from your pencil to the computer?
