Fabulous Freebie Friday

Happy Memorial Day weekend to all our Sassy fans in the US!  It is the official start of Summer for us, and I know a lot of us have plans that include the beach, pools, cookouts, and the like!  But in case crafting is on the agenda for your long holiday weekend, we have just the thing for you here at Sassy Studio Designs!  It's Fabulous Freebie Friday!  (There will be no crafting for me but I will be enjoying a pampering at the salon, a trip to the movies, two cookouts and my BFF's pool!)

Head over to our Paper Craft Planet group to find out what wonderful 24 hour free image we have for you today!  Here is a little peek:

It looks like she might be just in time for all the pomp and circumstance this time of year brings...
We also have a new challenge starting on PCP today!  To join the fun, just use a Sassy image and follow the current theme to play along!

Please come by PCP and see what gorgeous creations the Fabettes have made to inspire you.  It is their last challenge on the FFF team as they will be rotating to the DTBST team.  So be sure to show them some extra love and be ready to welcome the NEW Fabettes next Friday!

Have a fabulous and safe weekend!

Dare to be Sassy Thursday 125

This post is a sticky and will remain at the top. Please scroll down to see newer posts!

Hi everyone and welcome to DTBST#125. We have a fun challenge for you this week. It's called Triple Play. Use three of something on your creation.

Hope you will join the fun and give it a go. You don't need to use a SSD image to play along, but we love it when you do. Enter by next Wednesday night for your chance to win 2 SSD images of your choice.

There is some extra incentive for using a SSD image, you get to enter twice. So if you use one, make sure you link to your blog post and the second link can just be to your blog (it won't let you link to the same post twice). After your name, please put SSD, so we know why you are linking twice!

Here is some fabulous inspiration from out DT. The first two cards have previews of images that will be released on Saturday. Hope you will join us for the release, lots of great sassy images coming out on Saturday!

Sassy Saturday

It's been a long week but we've finally made it to Saturday and another fabulous Sassy Saturday spotlight!  We received some photos from Sheryl Hare of Cat Crazy Craft Corner (say THAT 3 times fast!!).  After checking out her blog, I totally fell in love with this card and knew this was the one that I wanted to spotlight this week!

Sheryl had recently made this card for a challenge that Sassy Studio Designs sponsored and, boy, she did a fabulous job on this!  She used the Bonnie of the Nile image and I just LOVE the way she's colored her!  The colors, the Egyptian-themed papers and embellishments are all perfect for this oh-so-sassy image.

Sheryl, please e-mail me at stampinlikecrazee@yahoo.com and I will send you your blog badge for being featured on Sassy Saturday!

If you would like to be spotlighted on Sassy Saturday, you can do just what Sheryl did- she sent us some photos of cards that she has created using Sassy Studio Designs images- or send a link to your blog to me at stampinlikecrazee@yahoo.com and you might be featured on a future sassy Saturday!

I'll see you soon with another Sassy Saturday spotlight!  Until then- have a sassy week!

Super Sassy Blog Hop

The big day has finally arrived.  We have a Super Sassy Blog Hop for you today.  We have been previewing them all week long and now you can get them for your very own.  All the images are now available for sale.  We would like you to celebrate by hopping along to see what the Design Team has created with these amazing images.

We enjoyed sharing our favorite tools with you last month.  Being that this month is May, and May is all about flowers, we thought we would share our favorite flowers with you.  Lately, I have been thinking quite a bit about all the work that needs to be put into our garden and how beautiful the garden will be when the flowers bloom.

It wouldn't be a Sassy Hop without some Sassy Prizes!   If you leave a comment right here on the SSD blog telling us what your favorite flower is, you will be entered in a drawing to win 3 of the brand new images.  That's the grand prize.  We will also be randomly choosing 2 winners from the Design Team blog comments.     Those winners will get 1 of the new images.

Since we have such a large Design Team now, we are giving you extra time to get through the hop.  We wouldn't want to anyone to miss out on a chance to win some of these gorgeous images.  You will have until midnight on Wednesday to tell us about your favorite flower.   Sounds easy right?  Here is the hop order.  Have a great time.

Fabulous Freebie Friday

How quickly the weeks go by!  Here it is Friday again!  It means another weekend is upon us AND it means that we have another Fabulous Freebie for you over on Paper Craft Planet!  I know we have a lot going on this weekend with our release, blog hop, and party chat, but I hope you can still find time to grab your freebie and maybe play along in our current FFF challenge on PCP!  Tomorrow is also Armed Forces Day.  It seemed fitting to have a military Honey to honor all those who risk their safety for ours!  Here's a little peek:

Can you guess which branch of the military she hails from?  To see all of her, and the amazing design team creations from the Fabettes, head over to our group on Paper Craft Planet.  It's free and easy to join!

Have a wonderful day!

Tomorrow is our big hop.  We will have these images available as prizes and hope to see you all there.  We will also have a chat with our design team tomorrow night.  I can't wait.  See you then.
