Dare to Be Sassy Thursday #50

Hi, welcome to Dare to Be Sassy Thursday challenge #50.

Day 8 Tag

On the 8th day, the design team gave to me...

A tag using 8 colours!

Today is my official day to reveal my tag!!  This one is for my step-niece...she is getting a gift card from Old Navy or American Eagle (I haven't decide which yet!) so I coloured the image and added the lettering to the bags...my eight colours are: Brown, Orange, Blue, Red, Green, Salmon, Black and White...I thought this makes her kinda festive looking and like she's getting her Christmas pressies purchased! :D (Maybe I should make her look like me! Maybe that will help me get mine done!!!)

Day 7 Tags

On the 7th day of Christmas, the design team gave to me....

A tag with 7 ribbons!!

Sara created this beauty with the new Nutcracker image...isn't she pretty? The silver edging on the ribbon is coordinated with the edging on the tag! And the dress is sparkling! Beautiful job Sara!

This one is mine! (Amanda) I added the ribbon as a "fringe". There is a tag on the backing to cover up the staples showing through the back side.

On the sixth day of Christmas, the design team gave to me....

A Tag Using 6 patterns!

This is Larisa's tag using 6 different patterns! Don't you just love her Sassy Santa? Larisa has been dabbling into the digital colouring world with a new program! Doesn't it look great?

And this one is mine (Amanda). I LOVE the Sassy Reindeer image! She was a lot of fun to colour! LOOK at all that hair!  My 6 patterns include the embossed tag.

Day 5 Tags

On the fifth day of Christmas, the design team gave to me...

A tag using 5 cardstocks!

This is Marilyn's beautiful tag! She used 4 cardstocks on the actual tags and the designer cardstock for the dress on Driedel girl!  Great job Marilyn!

It's funny! I used the same image for this tag (must be a Canuck thing, eh Marilyn!)  I made a double tag...the cardstock is the circles on the bottom tag.  And I used my DYMO label maker for the sentiment (I apologize to any Jewish people if I spelled "Driedal" incorrectly!

Day 4 Tag

On the fourth day of Christmas, the design team gave to me....

A tag using die-cuts!!

Check out this amazing tag made by Larisa!

She used the 3 snowflakes and the scalloped oval for her die-cuts!

Design Team Call out!

It's that time of year again...Design Team Call Out!

So if you want to join in the SSD team we are looking for 4 new Sassy Sisters to join our team.

We are changing things up a little so read carefully

What would be expected...

This will be a 6 month term starting Jan 1 2010 and ending June 2010

We will have releases once a month every month on the 2nd Saturday of each month that weekend will be release party weekend. You will have to participate in the Release parties to the best of your ability (I say that because I understand we have international fans as well adjust different time zones here in the US so I am understanding to that)

For each release you will receive all of the images being released in return you will have to create 1 project for each image unless otherwise specified (if we have a large release I'll cut the numbers)

On occasion if we have a special bonus release you will also receive all of the images from that release but will only be required to create 1 project for it and if you do more you can earn more free images for it.

You will be required to participate in up to 2 Challenges a month they will be assigned so you will know in advance and required to participate in a minimum of one sponsorship a month

Also you must regularly post your creations on SCS PSP and your Personal Blog

also to start you off right you will get to chose any 5 SSD images you want

You will also get a 30% discount on all images you wish to purchase above and beyond what you are given for free.

give me a basic bio on you... Name, Location, How long have you been crafting, Your Design Team Experience, and Why you want to be a part of SSD

and don't forget to include links to your blog and any online galleries

With this email Show me what you've got! Send me images of no more than 4 projects you have done they can be card,s scrapbook layouts, digital layouts, 3-D projects etc.... However at least one of the projects must use a SSD image or Digital paper
The Deadline to get your submissions in is Dec. 20th at Midnight PST.

...and for those who may not have a SSD image of their own yet I always provide a Freebie each DT call so whether you participate or not snatch it up anyways

This one is mine (Amanda). I made a gift bag/tag set!  The tag has three pearls on the side/bottom and the gift bag is made with the new "Nutcracker" image! Don't you just LOVE her! I do! My mom is getting this for Christmas so I hope she doesn't read my blog today! (More details posted on my blog).

the 2nd day of Christmas

On the second day of Christmas, the design team gave to you.......

A tag using two images!!

Sara created this great little tag....and you're probably wondering how she used two images.....well, the Santa hat is a separate image!  So take the Santa Hat from the Sexy Santa and use it with Belle and you've got a festive Belle!! 

This one is mine (Amanda's).  It was a challenge using two images but when I finally figured out the layout, it all made sense! :D
