Sassy Saturday Spotlight

I have an absolutely gorgeous card to share with you today created by Sandra (aka Lotta) from My Little Scrap Corner:


She used the Effie Trinket image and made this fabulous card for a friend who was turning 40.  I just love everything about this card- especially that gorgeous stick pin!
